We take a project from first ideas to a finished landscape. Our work is residential, for homes with construction budgets typically starting at $500,000.
OUTDOOR SPACES FOR THE WAY YOU LIVE
We design the whole landscape around a home: pools, spas and the terraces that surround them, outdoor kitchens and places to dine and lounge, driveways, entry courts and walkways, and the planting and lighting that tie it all together. Many of our clients live on the Jersey Shore, where coastal and bayfront conditions shape every decision.
A PLAN BUILT ON YOUR SITE
Design starts with a close study of your property and its constraints. We explore loose concepts with you, then refine the one you choose into a master plan that sets the design and helps establish project cost.
SEE IT BEFORE IT'S BUILT
Before construction begins, we can show you your landscape in 3D. You can walk through the design and make changes while they're still easy to make.
DRAWINGS CONTRACTORS CAN BUILD FROM
Our construction documents spell out the site layout, materials, construction details and section elevations, planting and lighting. They give contractors a clear recipe to follow and help fine-tune project cost.
PERMITS, CONTRACTORS AND CONSTRUCTION
We coordinate permitting with engineering firms we work with regularly. We help assemble the right builders from our network of local craftspeople, or work alongside contractors you already trust. During construction, we answer field questions and solve problems before they happen.
